Why do we ask so many details? (Including BUDGET) We do not have any fixed rate. the longer the duration the cheaper it is. Of course the shorter the duration we try to make it as affordable as possible. Choose a package price with pick up drop off and grooming also can! If necessary, we do provide a FREE assessment on behaviour and temperament, like a simple meet & greet at our place of convenience. If any behavioural issues (eg. severe separation anxiety, excessive barking, severe disturbance to the rest of the guests, severe aggression) are found during assessment which require extra attention and quality care stay for furkids, a surcharge will be incurred. What's the check-in / Check-out timing? Pick up & Drop-off time after 6pm on weekdays, Weekends and public holidays are flexible. Transportation? No problem. Pick-up and drop-off service is available in the package or ala carte. How do we prevent fights at home? Let us know if you need/want to have your dogs to be socialized or separated. Some dogs need their own space, we understand. Toys/Beds for my furkid? Advisable not to. If really needed, KONG or a hard toy would be good enough.
